just watch us and add our icon in your journal, pretty simple xD
(don't worry we'll get an icon soon)

How to submit:
Just send us a note entitled "submission" with the link to the deviation you would like and we'll get back to you asap ^^

Rules on Submissions
You may submit as many peices as you like, whenever you like as long as they fullfil the requirements.

ABSOLUTELY NO ART THEIF
that includes but is not limited to:
tracing
eyeballing
copying and pasting
coloring lineart made by someone else without permission
(ex: coloring doujinshi pages/panels)
taking dolls off dollmakers

ALL ART MUST BE 100% CREATED BY YOU
(except for the character design of course)
If we find later on that any of your submissions included art theif, then it will be removed immediately and we will no longer accept ANY submissions from you.

Art must be decently drawn, (with some form of visible effort)
that means no stick figures, or 5 minute sketches. It is not terribly strict, but we would appreciate it if you took some time in your art.

No wips please, send us your final products

Post on the original deviation that you give permission to this club to use it BEFORE you send us a note.

All gallery art submissions must feature mello and near as a couple, not just friends, or enimies.

We do accept other yaoi pairings aswell, but they will be added in the "scraps" area. (Since this is a melloxnear club)


How to Report Something
Have you found art theift in our gallery? Or perhaps have a complaint in general? Send us a note titled either "theift" or "complaint" and we will get back to you asap. If you wish to report theift, please give a decent description of why the deviation is considered theift. (and hopefully if possible, link us to the original image or send us a page number from the manga)



How to Become Staff

Currently I am looking for a few helpers, since I'm quite busy myself. So hopefully some people may be interested in the following positions...

Welcome Admin-
This staffie will be responsible to added everyone to the "memberlist" journal entry. (once we have it) as well as sending each member a post on their page welcoming them to the club :3

Search Party-
Members of the search party basically just go around adding nearxmello deviations to the club's favorites in the right catagories. Members of the Search Party MUST be aware of art theif at first sight, and ignore any art that falls in that catagory.

Destroyer Party-
Ha ha....people in this party get to be the mean people (because it makes me sad to be mean)...
You have to have your toughest anti-art theif faces on for this one...but still remain a decent person at the same time. Basically, you have to sit and wait for any complaint notes from members that see art theift in our gallery or favorites. For favorites it is quite easy, just remove the favorite and notify the search party that it violates our policies...
For submissions its a little trickier, you must delete the submission from the gallery as well as notify the user where the submission came from. Be nice to them, but make sure that they understand that art theif is wrong. (and of course...then you have to add them to the "can't take submissions from" group)

Submission Party?
May or may not need help with this one really. (all depends on how many people join and submit)
pretty much you make sure to add only the submissions that pass all our regulations. (and if you see someone trying to submit something that violates a policy, just send them a nice note telling them so)

And Finally, the Tedious Prick Party
This is only for those of you who enjoy dealing with annoyance on a regular basis. I promise you it will not be fun, for this possition your goal is to send a note to EVERYONE who accidently adds our gallery/scrap deviations to their favorites. (and make sure to include links to every deviation they favorite)
Although it is not a problem now, it may become one in the future.
